 Appetizer: bread, sweet butter, olives, carrot and celery sticks and hummus

First Remove:  (Viking) Roast lamb (or braised in crock pots), mashed potatoes and turnips (rumbledythumps), minted peas

Second Remove:(Landsknecht) Moroccan Chicken, savory toasted cheese (with broccoli or cauliflower), cous cous

Dessert menu: (buffet) cookies and fruit.

Drinks: Water and segundjamin or some other flavored drink.
